Who we are

Ridge Studio LLC is a US parent studio. We build custom digital products and launch companies that fill gaps for small businesses. Humans are always in charge. Customer-specific data stays private and secure.

What we collect on this site

If you use the Contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.

Our host may also log technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page you requested. We do not run advertising pixels or sell a marketing list from this site.

Why we use it

We use that information to reply to your inquiry and, if work follows, to do the work. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use customer-specific data to train a shared or public AI model.

Who helps us process it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and may process request logs.
• Formsubmit.co receives Contact form submissions and emails them to hello@.
• Google provides our email and Search Console.
• AI production tools may process studio text, and when a job requires it, customer-specific text, so two people can ship work. A human still decides what ships. That content is not used to train a shared or public model.

When checkout or books tools go live, we will name them here.

AI and human oversight

Ridge is an AI-assisted studio. Agents draft and build. Principals approve what a customer sees. We do not claim that AI never sees your data. We do claim that a human is in charge, and that customer-specific data is not used to train a shared or public model.

Parent and launched companies

Customers buy from the company we launched for that solution, not from a generic Ridge catalog. Customer files for a launched company stay with that company. They are not mixed into a shared parent database.

What we do not want

Please do not send health information, children’s data, government ID numbers, payment cards, or passwords through the Contact form or email. If you send that by mistake, we will ask you not to, and we will not keep it longer than needed to reply.

How long we keep inquiries

We keep inquiry email while the conversation is live, then up to 24 months unless tax, dispute, or law requires longer. Then we delete it. Technical host logs follow the host’s defaults. We do not export them “just in case.”

Security

We use multi-factor authentication on studio accounts, limit who can see customer-specific data, and keep studio money and tax records separate from marketing. Contact form messages travel through Formsubmit to our inbox over ordinary secure web and email connections. That is careful small-studio practice. It is not a claim of certification.

Your requests

Email hello@ridgestudiollc.com to ask what we have from your inquiry, to correct it, or to delete it. A person will reply. We will honor the request unless tax or law requires us to keep a record, and we will say so.

We do not sell personal information. The same address is our contact for “do not sell” requests.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If how we collect or use personal information materially changes, we will update this page and the effective date. The live About line — humans are always in charge, and customer-specific data stays private and secure — stays true, or we change the line before we change the practice.
